Picasso, Duchamp and the story of an ongoing juxtaposition
On January 9th and 10th of 2015 Circuits and Currents project space will host Androula Michael’ lectures about Picasso and Duchamp, their artistic works, the juxtaposition of their artistic practices as well as the transcendence of this juxtaposition. On Friday 9th of January, Mrs. Michael will present a historical recursion of the work of both artists and set the base of the juxtaposition of their artistic practices in a lecture entitled ‘’Picasso, Duchamp and the story of an ongoing juxtaposition’’.
Androula (Andri) Michael is Associate Professor of Contemporary Art at the University of Picardy: Jules Verne. She lives in Paris and works in Amiens.
