Founded in 2015, the Berlin based interdisciplinary label and collective; oqko, envisions both organic and hybrid experimentation towards the core of its perception of æsthetics. A series of installations, performances and releases backs the output of oqko’s four members, valuing the plurality of today’s formats and expressions.
is a sound piece presented by Ástvaldur Axel Þórisson. ‘about ensembles movements, dynamics and trajectories within and around a roundabout in a sonic form.
is based on evolving series of patterns that present themselves as recognizable decaying resonant and non resonant figures, each of these correspond and corrupt each other, in terms of sample rate and bit depth.
The evolution of the piece is determined by the length, non of the patterns are ever repeated.
